Delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on:
- Quantity ordered
- Stock availability
- Production complexity (handmade)
- Customs (for international orders)
- Current order volume
Examples:
- Orders of €30–40, if in stock, ship in 2–3 days
- Out-of-stock or made-to-order items require up to 7 business days
- For the US and Canada: delivery usually takes 10–15 business days

🔍 Tracking
All orders are trackable. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipment is ready.
📬 Delays or Lost Packages
We stay in direct contact with the couriers:
- If delayed, we track the shipment for updates
- If lost, we’ll reproduce and resend the order, or issue a refund
- You can request an investigation after a few days without updates
🌱 Sustainable Packaging
- Recycled cardboard boxes
- Repurposed newspapers and leaflets for padding
Each box is reused whenever possible before being recycled. Let’s support the environment together!
🛑 Excluded Zones & Special Requests
Currently, we do not ship to certain areas due to high costs. However, on request, we can evaluate and possibly activate new destinations for future orders.
